Senators Plymale and Stollings moved to amend the bill on page three, section one, line thirty-seven, after the word “is” by inserting a comma and the words “if the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists issues a confirmation that the conduct of the licensed medical practitioner was outside the scope of practice or contrary to the standard of care,”.
